We are an online bicycle shop that sells new and refurbished bikes, as well as bicycle components and accessories.
We are in the process of securing physical premises in South East London. In addition to bicycle equipment, we will offer the full range of repair and maintenance services.
Our physical shop will also house a cafe where you can grab a coffee and a snack while you wait, or just hang out anyway in our cosy seating area.

Why Zero-Waste Cycling?
Zero-waste is our business model. It is an approach that involves throwing away as little as possible and is consistent with the ‘circular economy’ where waste from one process becomes the source for another. It also ties in with ‘sustainability’ where energy and resources can be endlessly renewed without damaging our environment.
Cycling is by definition a more sustainable alternative to fuel-based forms of transport. In addition to this natural advantage, every aspect of our business will be considered through the lens of ‘zero-waste’.
This is not to say that we will produce no waste – it’s not about perfection. But by having zero-waste as our goal, we hope to inspire others and to improve our own understanding of how to live in harmony with the planet.
ZWC Mission
# Our products (both related to cycling and in the café) will be sourced from partners with a similar ethos, where thought has gone into the materials, the packaging, the production process and the shipping.
# We will operate a bicycle repair shop, the aim being to mend and repurpose as far as possible in order to promote the circular economy.
# We will demonstrate sustainability through our furniture, décor and working practices.
# We aim to become a hub for exchanging ideas related to sustainability, including hosting events with local leaders within the field and to be a small cog in the wider initiative to transform London into a cycle-friendly city.
ZWC for short . . .
The ‘Z’ is ZWC is not pronounced ‘zed’, but rather ‘zee’. This is a nod to Director Rob’s American heritage. And ‘zee’ rhymes with the letter ‘C’ in ZWC!
